VOIP center installation
Our company completed the project connected with exchanging classic PBX center for a VOIP solution. The municipal ISDN lines have been replaced by a SIP Trunk connection – a service based on the SIP communication protocol using the Internet connections for voice transmission. The customer kept the past telephone numbering.
To implement the solution the IT resources already found in the company were used. The VoIP center was installed on the virtualized server. Just the telephone sets were replaced.
The software cooperating with new telephone center was created within the project. Its task is to support the customer support department. The software enables:
- monitoring and the management of the persons waiting on the line
- the generation of reports connected with the service quality, waiting time, SLA, etc.
The new solution enabled to decrease the total service cost.
